Supporting you to become YOU
My name is Jen, I'm a Transactional Analyst, Psychotherapist, Therapeutic Coach, Trainer and Supervisor.
I have a Masters of Science degree in Psychotherapy, I am a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) and have been endorsed as a Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (PTSTA) in the psychotherapy field.
I also hold qualifications in Interpersonal Neurobiology, Education and Training and I am also a qualified Clinical Supervisor. I am currently enrolled on an Integrative Therapeutic Coaching Diploma.
I am passionate about the ‘powerment’ of people and holding a protective and permissive space for my clients to become the person they were always meant to be.
I invite you to join me in the journey of your life and begin to create your new future.
The little version of you, who just needed love, acceptance and support is still in you.
Some people wonder how it’s possible, that things that happened to us as children, can still be impacting us now, as adults.
The answer is simple; there isn’t a point where we suddenly become an ‘adult’ our bodies get older, we may get taller, our age increases, but inside we still feel the same as when we were 3, 6, 12 or 18. The pain we felt is still our pain, the joy we experienced is still our joy and our beliefs about ourselves and the world remain largely unchanged.
Therapy can help you to understand and heal from painful experiences, you can examine how your experiences have shaped you, what coping strategies you used to survive in the world, and then decide what works and doesn’t work for you now.
You have the power to change your life and be the person you needed as a child, and I can support you throughout that process.
At the heart of my practice is a deep belief in your capacity for change, growth, and self-understanding. Using the powerful framework of Transactional Analysis, I offer 1:1 coaching that blends therapeutic insight with practical tools to help you understand patterns, shift limiting beliefs, and build more authentic relationships—with yourself and others.
Our work together is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in psychological theory. Through weekly sessions and tailored worksheets, you’ll gain clarity, emotional resilience, and the confidence to move forward with purpose.
This is your space to explore, heal, and transform—with guidance that meets you where you are and supports where you want to go.
I am not the all-knowing expert with the answers to all the questions, but an individual who brings my own strengths, knowledge, and experience into the supervisory relationship. You, the supervisee, are the expert in their own practice and of your clients. I am a witness to your work and I can hold a mirror up to help you to see what may be missing, notice parallel processes, explore different ways of working and support your growth.
I believe in bringing the whole of me into the supervisory space and welcome the whole of you, to create a shared but not always equal place, where we both feel able learn and grow from each other. I believe it is vital to pay attention to our cultural differences and similarities and include these in the work together. My own values and beliefs play and important role, alongside the ethical framework and philosophical assumptions of Transactional Analysis, in forming who I am as a supervisor and what I bring to the supervisory relationship. I am aware that each supervisee may have differing frameworks and values to my own, and these are also welcome in our work together.
